Manage 2-Step Authentication

Log in Using a Recovery Method.

If you can’t access your authentication app, you can still log in using your security questions.

To use your security questions:

  1. Go to the login page and sign in to your account as usual.
  2. Click the Security Questions Authentication link.

  3. Answer the security question, then click Login.

Update Your Recovery Method Details.

To change the recovery questions and answers:

  1. Click Disable Two-Step Authentication.
  2. Click Setup Two-Step Authentication.
  3. Enter new details for your security questions.


Managing Authentication on a New Device.

If you have a new phone or another authentication device, and you want to make it your new authentication device, go to the Moving 2-SA to a new device page for advice and instructions.

Disabling 2-Step Authentication.


If you disable 2SA and decide to re-enable it later, you will need to set it up again, including the security questions.

  1. Log in to PVC, select ‘I’m not a robot‘.
  2. Click Disable Two-Step Authentication.

  3. Enter the six-digit code generated by your authenticator app. If you don’t have your app, click Security Questions to answer the question. Click the red Disable button.
  4. Click the Logout button.

Once you have disabled 2SA, you can delete the Promo Video Creator account from your authenticator app.
