The Promo Video App gives the user access to a huge range of professionally crafted video frames (storyboards). You can customize these video frames in the provided Video Editor, and an animated promotional video is created for your use.

The Video Editor has a user-friendly text editor and image changing tool. Your logo, address, and receptionist phone number are automatically added to the video frames, making it easy to brand your promotional videos.

Connecting your video to your viewers in the waiting room only takes three steps!

1. Connect your TV to the internet
2. Open a web browser and enter the URL for the video you want to run.
3. Click play, and the video will run on a continuous loop until you close the browser window.

if you experience difficulty entering text onto Smart TV’s, you can with a more elaborate set up just click to run any of your saved videos, just you can follow the steps below or click on the help video link below:

1. Open the new Gmail account Set up a dedicated email account with Gmail account so you can forward the email you receive from PVC Admin with the links to the videos you create to this Gmail account.
2. Open a Google Chrome browser and link the browser to your new Gmail account and turn on Sync
3. Open the email you have forwarded and click on the video hyperlinks, this will launch a new browser page and the video will download and run
4. Click on the little Star button to bookmark the video, give it a name so you know which video it is.
5. Now install the Google Chrome app on your TV
6. Launch the Google Chrome App and link it to your new Gmail account and turn on Sync.

Now to run a video you just click on the desired Bookmark and click the Full-Screen button.

YES! If you are signed up for a yearly subscription plan, you can download the videos you create in MP4 format on the Videos page.

We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and direct debits.

Your card or nominated bank account on file will be charged automatically on a monthly or yearly basis according to your subscription.

If you’d like to replace the copyright notice at the bottom of the video, you can do so by requesting a Custom Subscription Plan.

We plan to release French and Spanish translations of our video templates later in 2020 and 2021.
